FITNESS AND SURF SQUADS
These squads are available for swimmers wanting to improve their strength and fitness for the surf, triathlons and any sport that requires a level of fitness and endurance.
Available at our 25m Indoor Pool at Kerta Road, Kincumber. All of these squads are run by qualified coaches that know what is needed to attain the fitness that is needed to be competitive in all sports or just to be safe in the surf.
